Explorer Insurance Company Rate Application Hearing Begins

The rate application hearing for Explorer Insurance Company begins tomorrow, November 26, 2007, and will likely be completed within the week.  For those who may be interested, it is likely that the cross-examination of Allan Schwartz, expert witness for the Foundation for Taxpayers and Consumer Rights, will take place on Wednesday (if not, Thursday at the very latest).
